New Orleans (July 2011) - The African Pride "My Pride. My Way" Beauty Suite was the ultimate beauty lounge during the Essence Music Festival as over 600 ladies convened on the luxurious Le Pavillon Hotel on Saturday, July 2nd. The African Pride Beauty Suite featured an exclusive hospitality experience with complimentary hair and make-up services, massages, signature "My Pride My Way Cocktails" and a chance to win a 1 year supply of African Pride hair care products. Guests got a chance to meet national beauty bloggers: McKenzie Harris (Rolling Out), Leigh Davenport (HelloBeautiful), Kimberly Walker (BET.com), and Demetria Irwin (Madame Noire) to continue the conversation surrounding African Pride's nationally charged "My Pride. My Way" campaign. Guest were also treated to a special appearance by Naturi Naughton the star of an upcoming NBC series. The African Pride Beauty Suite and "My Pride.
